Lately, you may often hear the term overthinking. Every time you open social media, there are many posts about anxiety and worry. They feel starting from just sharing in the feed to confessions from your close friends. Many people felt the feeling of anxiety, especially when a pandemic hits. They worry about their health, think about the economic condition because they don't have a job anymore, and are confused about what will happen in the future. Or are you feeling anxious and anxious yourself, which you may not know where it comes from? What is overthinking, what can you do to stop being overthinking?
HOW TO STOP OVERTHINKING?

you overthink. Everything, well, the best way to stop overthinking is you can

news or anything, just don't give a damn as simple as that from now on you can
try to ignore news or news that only brings anxiety. As noted in the popular

family happy. The fear of overthinking is usually based on your feeling that
you are not good enough, not smart enough, not working hard enough, or other
things that you feel you don't do your best. Once you have put in your best
effort, accept it. This way, you know that although success may depend in part
on something beyond your control; you have already done what you can do.
Widen your perspective sometimes what we are concerned about
is only the small things. Small things which do not affect you even if it
happens. Whenever you think about something so deeply try to widen your
perspective. Ask yourself if it still matters to you after five years from now,
will it affect your income? Is it important to you what is your answer, share
what you are thinking about it.
Take a small step, one at a time. Overthinking can be caused
by your perspective of seeing something as a big problem in your life. What you
can do is to chunk it into smaller pieces. For instance, you need to get a
thousand dollars in the next month to pay your bills. If you only think about
that thousand dollars, you can get stress. Since you see so much money, you
need to get it. You can chunk and cut it into small pieces that are 1000 you
split it into daily earnings. You only need to get a 33 daily, more or less.
What problems make you overthink, can you divide them into small pieces?
Reset your environment, your surroundings, and your environment. Play significant roles in your way of thinking. It's not just people and groups close to you in real life. It also includes what you read, listen to, and watch blogs, books, forums, movies, podcasts, and music and life. So try to consider, are there any sources in your life near or far away that encourage and generate more thoughts in your thinking? Think about who or resources have the opposite effect on. You find ways to spend more time and energy on people which have a positive impact on thinking. While the tendency to strengthen the habit of overthinking reduces and take a look at your surroundings. How do you see it does your environment need to be reset?
Overthinking is a problem that is experienced by many
people, but there are ways to stop overthinking. You can practice it and do it

OVERTHINKING WHILE STUDYING
Whenever we are going to overthinking zone or whenever you
get into different kinds of networks or into negative thoughts that are not
needed. So just have to count down to five like 5,4,3,2,1 and yes, you are out
of the overthinking zone. How this happens is that when everyone is counting
till five, you just put a break to your thought process, which we are having
for a long time and whenever we put a break, we count something else, something
very different. So after doing that, we just come back to the normal position
and release that we should focus on our studies instead of overthinking. This
is very effective for students.
The second one is meditation, everyone knows the benefits of
meditation definitely. But the most important meditation is to bring control of
our brain. It is like a way to train our brain. To make the brain much calmer
and a peaceful place. So if your brain is calm and is in your control, you will
control the overthinking process. It just takes 10-15 minutes to clear your
mind and relax. I know it doesn't work quickly. It will take one to two months
to concentrate on meditation and also get the effect out of it, but it works.
Why overthinking is bad? It is wasting your time, and it is
also bad because it is taking you to a very negative zone. So to avoid that you
can talk to your family, friends, or anyone you find very positive enough who
are your well-wishers. Who really wants you not to distract from your goals. So
talk to them about your feelings, that what is making you not focus on
something important. I am sure it will help you.
Sometimes you need to distract yourself. Distracting
yourself can be possible if you are doing something which is enjoyable enough.
I used to start some entertaining videos like comedy, drama serials, etc. for 5
or 10 minutes that don't harm you. So just watch it, and you will be refresh
enough to come back to your work or studies.
One thing to stop overthinking is to write down your
feelings. I think it is the best way to express yourself. You can write and
when you are done with the writing, I am telling you those feelings are
actually vomited out and now you will not feel the same. You will really feel
better. By doing this, you have told something about yourself or your feelings.
One important point is to focus on your studies. This one is
your mental space and your decision that if you know your studies are important
and your exams are coming, and it is your priority. Then nothing should be the
reason to overthink. It is just a waste of time. So think about what matters to
you the most at a time.
It will help you a lot to focus on your studies. So believe
in actions, not your thoughts. No one push, you to overthink. You can push
yourself not to overthink and just focus on your goals.
